Abby’s 7th birthday: Celebration #1

The girls and I left Wayne’s hotel in Hanover, MD at around 7 p.m. and I drove the 360 miles to my in-laws’ house.  They fell asleep almost immediately which made it a quiet drive.  We got there way past my bedtime, that’s for sure.

Monday was Abby’s birthday. I didn’t take many pictures. I sort of feel like we didn’t do much on her actual birthday. We had already given her a new bike, before Wayne left for his trip.  Anyway, she got to spend the morning with her grandparents. Song took her shopping and let her pick out a few things; we ate lunch at Chick-fil-A and then bought a cake on the way home.

The birthday girl

While we were out shopping, Song bought a book with a little keyboard attached for Emma. Look at her, playing songs for the audience of stuffed animals.

This is one cute girl

And then we drove home. Celebration #2 to come.

Look at the little pianist’s posture! She must’ve seen someone play piano before… Oh, and I love the border or whatever it is at the top of your blog, with all the pictures. 🙂

I was thinking her posture was wonderful too! But, the couch is what really caught my eye. Wow!

I’m glad I found this blog! These are such pretty pictures of the girls!
