Some stuff we did in December

I haven’t been very good about blogging. Shocking.  So, I’m doing a mostly picture post for the fam.  Here are some things we’ve been doing, in no particular order:

Opening a gift on Christmas Eve

We made Christmas cookies

Wayne got in on the cookie-making action

We decorated them, too

The girls were in the Christmas play at the old church. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the camera batteries before the program, and they were just about dead. I got this one picture. I took video of Abby’s part on my phone, but my phone doesn’t take very good video.

Emma with an unhappy angel

They made a gingerbread house

We sent a Christmas package to Korea

We did some more stuff, too. I’ll try to post some more pictures before, say, Easter…

First, let me just say that you have the two most beautiful little girls in the universe. But you knew that.
Second, what is up with dead camera batteries? Mine were dead, too, and we had to use Tim’s camera to record Thomas’s program. But in the process, I learned that you can’t just leave charged batteries in the charger. Oops.
Yes, please update before Easter. Thanks.

Love the unhappy angel. Hope you guys had a good Christmas. Check my blog for updates from cold country.

I wonder how “Chuck” translates in other countries. Got Thomas some of that a while back, & he still plays with it.
I took the same camera J used to Christmas at their house, but forgot to take pics.
Taking time off now, but also hope to update in New Year.

Was that a bunny next to the gingerbread house? Left over from Easter? Cute pictures! We made cookies, too – sure wish we could have made them together.
