Emma turns 5

Emma started her birthday celebration by taking her first violin lesson.  She was SO excited!

My girls and their itty violins

Don’t mind the neighbors and their many vehicles (they have 5).  Just focus on the pretty flowers and the cute kids. Yes, Emma is rocking the side ponytail.

Wayne was off work, so he came along and served as event photographer while I took notes on the lessons (for practicing helps).  I’m not sure why he thought this one was a keeper…but here she is, ready for her first lesson!

I promise, she is not in pain. She's happy. Really.

We usually have birthday parties at home, but we did let Abby have one party at a gymnastics place, so we decided to let Emma have her party at Monkey Joe’s this year. She LOVES that place. For those unfamiliar – it’s one of those inflatable, jump places.  The kids get to jump for a couple of hours, and you have a party room for eating and gift opening.  She had a great time.

And another friend...maybe next year we'll just rent an inflatable throne!

The littlest partier was afraid of the costumed character, so she ate below

Emma LOVED the Monkey Joe character

A new t-shirt! To market the company for them! Oh the joy!

I love this picture. She was just so, so happy.

I love that last picture and you are so right……..what makes it such a great picture is the all out excitement from Emma. I really like the first picture too of sisters on the throne together.

Great pictures! I loved the little girl eating under the table. Your flowers look really nice, too. Had you just planted them?
