Catechism party

Last week I wrote a looooong post about a whole slew of recent activities.  I guess WordPress thought it was too long, because when I was finished, only about a third of it had saved.  No idea what happened to the rest of it.  I gave up and went to bed and have only now regained the strength to try again. 🙂

Only I think this time I’ll make it several posts.

Our church has a great catechism program (Westminster Shorter, if you were wondering which one), and the girls worked hard to learn their questions and answers all year  — and then thoroughly enjoyed the party that was held to celebrate everyone’s hard work.

There were games.

Emma won this one!

And there were ice cream sundaes!

I thought “Em looks like she’s good at that” and then I scrolled down to see that she won. What’s with Abby looking horrified at ice cream? It’s ICE CREAM!

So you were allowed to come after all? I thought you were disinvited because you might limit ice cream consumption.
